Policy Development Facility Phase II (PDF II), in its first year designed a Trade Policy Workstream as a building block towards changing Nigeria’s Trade policy stance which had been fundamentally protectionist. This building block was designed to enable underrepresented non-oil export oriented voices to be heard and incorporated in policy discourse and therefore influence policy direction.
