Franchise conference report

Franchising is an increasingly trusted business model for growth and improved service delivery across the world. In recent years, Nigeria has witnessed growth of the industry with the penetration of several franchising brands. Despite this, the enormous potential of the franchising industry remains largely untapped. Building on the successes of earlier forums, Policy Development Facility Phase II, in partnership with Franchise Business Development Services, organised a one-day conference and round table to bring together different actors in the franchise industry to discuss leveraging the potential of the industry in Nigeria. This event report summarises the forum.
